• All phases of the operation, from loading of the profiles to the welding and corner cleaning process, up to the unloading of the frames or sashes, are computer controlled
• Computer controlled ordering conveyor carries the welded frames or sashes from the welding machine to the second buffer station, which feeds the window-separating conveyor sequentially
• All CNC systems and other electronic equipment is SIEMENS
• The rails are coated to prevent oxidation
