Description
A single head sawing machine with 550mm diameter front blade and electro pneumatic control of the head tilting.
Technical
- Ø 550mm tungsten carbide saw blade
- Cutting lubrication by atomiser
- Oleo-pneumatic advance of the blade (adjustable blade exit speed – quick return)
- Cutting angle from 20° LH to 20° RH on horizontal axis
- Head tilting with impact dampened by mechanical stops manually adjustable on a large graduated scale
- Quick coupling mechanical stops for Left and Right 45°; 90° position obtained pneumatically
- Chips recovery by means of dedicated drawer
- Saw blade motor, three phase 3.7kW – 2,800rpm – eurovoltage 230/400V– 50Hz; 275/480V – 60Hz
- Motor transmission by belt
